Call For Scholarship At Sokoine University Of Agriculture (SUA)

Applications are hereby invited for admission into master degree programmes for the academic year 2019/2020 under the German Development Bank (KFW) in collaboration with the East African Community (EAC) scholarship programme, and implemented by the Inter-University Council for East Africa (IUCEA).

The goal of this initiative is to contribute towards training leaders that will foster EAC regional integration. Applicants are expected to study in countries other than their own. Successful applicants will be offered a comprehensive package including scholarships for the masters’ degree programmes, internships, mentoring, networking events and further leadership training activities. The scholarship will support masters’ students in Mathematics, Engineering, Informatics, Science, Technology and Business Science programmes.

IUCEA hereby invites applications from candidates who are citizens of the East African Community (EAC) Partner States to apply for the KFW funded Masters Scholarships. For further details including applications forms, list of eligible universities and programmes please visit http://www.iucea.org.

(ii) Engineering,

Sokoine University of Agriculture (SUA) has been selected to host MSc. Irrigation Engineering and Managementprogramme under the KFW/EAC sponsorship.

Eligible applicants: EAC students with qualifications in the above thematic areas.
Duration of Scholarship: Two (2) years

The application forms can also be requested from the Director’s Office through drpgs@sua.ac.tz or postgraduate.students@sua.ac.tz  and COPY to winfried@sua.ac.tz. Such dully-filled forms can be mailed to the undersigned. All applicants are required to fill in the scholarship application form available at http://www.iucea.org as instructed.
