NACTE FOURTH ROUND ADMISSION FOR CERTIFICATE AND DIPLOMA 2019/20 The National Council for Vocational Education (NACTE) announces to the public that it has opened a window of merit for the Fifth and final Phase, at Colleges and Institutions offering Certificate and Diploma programs in the country, recognized by the Council from November 1, 2019 to 10  November, 2019 when that window will be closed. The move has come following requests by various Colleges and Institutions for vacant posts to be filled.  In light of this, the Council calls on Form Four and Form Six graduates and all those who have the desire and merit to join various programs to use this opportunity to apply for admission to Institutions and Colleges that are still receiving applications for admission at the  Certificate and Diploma .
