Date to Report for Form Five And Technical Selected Students 2019/2020

Minister of State President's Office Regional Administration and Local Government Hon.  Seleman Jafo said all the girls who succeeded in the  Form four exam in 2018 last year have been selected to join the Form five with various technical colleges in the country.

Jafo, he made the same statement today in Dodoma while announcing students selected to join Form Five with vocational education colleges in the year of study that will begin in July, 2019.

“I would like to announce to you the good news that, for this year all the passed girls have been selected to join the Form five with various technical universities, of which a total of 45,816 girls.

Given the performance of the Form four candidates for 2018, from grade one to third, he said 113,825 candidates among them are 47, 779 and 66,046 boys equal to 31.76 percent of all candidates who did the test.

In another phase, the Minister Jafo has called on the councils, especially those of the science and mathematics studies to complete Form five and six classes by March, 2020, which cited Councils as Kyerwa DC, Kilindi DC, DC, Handeni DC, Malinyi,  Mtwara DC, Momba DC, Nanyumbu DC and Nanyamba DC, urging Regional Heads and District Heads and Directors of Local Government Authorities to manage closely and ensure the Government's mandate for each of them and the Formula School is being fulfilled.

Last Minister Jafo has asked all selected students to take into account all the necessary precautions in the case of their final pre-deadline especially for those who are to join the prestigious universities (NACTE).

 “We have given a date from 09 June, 2019 to 30 August to have all agreed to join the technical colleges and will fail to do so their positions will be filled with other students.” Said Jafo Minister. (Read in swahili here)

President TAMISEMI's office has been tasked with the responsibility of overseeing the election of five Formal students and technical colleges from 2014 after the announcement of the Form four results.
