TAMISEMI: Government Allow Form Four 2018 To Change Combination

The Government has provided opportunities for students who passed the Form Four exam in 2018 and who are dependent on joining Form Five and colleges in 2019 to change Combination.

Reporting to the media Minister of State President's Office Regional Administration and Local Government Hon. Selemani Jafo The Fifth Phase gives the graduates the opportunity to make changes to Combination and various courses they have chosen on the F4-Selform form.

He said this opportunity will allow pupils to adjust their options according to the achievements of the Fourth Form 2018 announced by the Tanzania Examinations Council, NECTA.

“For the first time students will be able to change options or choose from Form Five to College or College to Form Five as per their requirements and how they passed their examinations” said Jafo.

You know the pupils fill in Form F4-Selform before making a test now the results may come differently from what they have filled but the student has succeeded so it is now by changing the options according to his performance and prefers himself stressed Jafo.

In addition, the Minister added that my Office has provided this opportunity for graduates to change their options to give more attention to the student to read a profession or a sculpture that will develop a specialist in his future life in such a way that he desires himself or by counseling by his parents or guardians; This is due to the fact that some pupils did not fill in the fact that they did not know their course in their studies.

He added that the initial exercise of the information on the “Selform” students at the Office of the President - TAMISEMI, as filled in school before graduation is completed and now students will be able to make changes to the Internet, online and after students. to make their adjustments, this is the one that will be used to select and design the Form Five and Course Courses.

Minister Jafo reminded all graduates that, if they would like to adjust the Tasks and Course options or shift from College to Fifth Form according to their performance in subjects they need to enter the Selform system available at www.selform.tamisemi.go.tz and directions on how to make changes to the video tutorial available on the TAMISEMI website www.tamisemi.go.tz

He also explained that in order for the graduate to enter the system, he will have to use the Fourth Form Graduation Certificate in 2018, his last name, the year of birth and the performance score he received in the subject when asked by the system or any question to be asked.

This modification process will take place from 01/04/2019 to 15/04/2019.
