This is to inform the General Public that Mr. Edward Celestine Mkaku whose picture appears in this notice ( see picture below or download PDF here) is no longer an employee of the Tanzania Commission for Universities with effect from 10th January,2019.
He is not authorized to represent or transact any business on behalf of  TCU. Please note that TCU will not be liable for any official undertakings which will be made through him on its behalf.
