WHERE EITHER PEOPLE OR COMPUTERS APPROPRIATE TO USE?

COMPUTER is an electronic devices that discovered due to the development of technology in the world so as to simply or work on behalf of human being in different task.

Although the development of science and technology is the world still the are some task areas that are appropriate to use either computer or people as explained below:-

AREAS APPROPRIATE TO USE COMPUTER.

REPETITIVE TASKS. Many repetitive works were performed by low skilled, poorly paid worker. But now its very common to use computers instead of using those workers.

AUTOMATED TASKS. Easily automated tasks like the phone system is now largely automatic, while in previous times all calls were made through an operator.

MATHEMATICAL CALCULATIONS. Before these computers were widely available accountants used to work on manual, paper-based spreadsheets. Within a spreadsheet, a common task would be adding up a column of figures and then taking the total which is added to other columns of figures. If you change one number within a column which is being summed there can be a knock-on effect on many other calculations within the spreadsheet. Recalculting a spreedsheet could take hours or days or weeks but in computer calculation take few time like a seconds.

DANGEROUS SITUATIONS. Monitoring of polluted or radioactivnvironments is suited to computer-based robots, where the use of a human would expose that person to unacceptable risks. Computer-controlled machines almost exclusively carry out serious space exploration. A recent exploration of Mars involved a computerised car that had to make decisions on its own. It could not be remotely controlled from earth, as the time taken for the signal to reach Mars is just too long.

REASONS OR AREAS PEOPLE MIGHT BE MORE APPROPRIATE THAN COMPUTERS.

1.Computers have their limits in operation so people can be work instead.

2. Computers are very bad at recognising and interpreting shapes. They can take photographs and record images on video, but they have no understanding of the meaning of shapes and will be easily confused when presented with two overlapping shapes. The human process of pattern recognation as recent reasearch had demostrated, is vastly more complicated than we used to it.

3.Despite the uptake of E-Commerce (selling and buying, banking on the internet), there a many people who still like to have their option of a real person to whom you can talk, be it the local bank manager or large organisation and being greeted with a range of buttons to press. In order to communicate with a computerised telephone system? even ordering cinema ticket can now involve a lengthy phone call, listening to a synthetic voice describing many films you do not want to see and pressing many buttons.

Actually, some areas computer is still replaced  by human being but computer contribute at large extent to simply daily human activities that were so difficult before discovery of these computers. Therefore computer still better than man in simplify the task in different large and small organizations or companies in the world.
